Paula was born with cerebral palsy and has been part of the ARC family for three years now, working hard in both her Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology sessions. She deals with challenges like balance, walking longer distances, tackling stairs, dizziness, and motion sensitivity — but none of that stops her from living life to the fullest.

Paula volunteers every week and has a better social life than most of us! Lately, she’s been smashing new goals, like choosing the stairs at the train station instead of the lift and even going on a whale watching boat trip, despite her motion sensitivity. Talk about brave!
