When Claire was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in December 2024, the future felt uncertain. Stiffness, pain and a loss of confidence made everyday movement feel daunting. From initially avoiding outdoor walks, Claire now exercises three times a day, lifts weights, and throws herself into PD circuit classes with enthusiasm. Her consistency has led to meaningful gains in strength, balance and walking confidence — but just as importantly, it has restored her belief in what she is capable of.
