We offer community- based services, conducting sessions at your home, in retirement villages and aged care facilities. We treat a wide range of clients, including those living with neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia.

In addition, we offer clinic-based services including group classes in our Artarmon and Hurstville clinics.

We are able to see aged care clients that are funded privately, through insurance, through My Aged Care funding, and those with NDIS funding.

The Support at Home Program (previously known as a Home Care Package) is designed for people with significant care needs. If you require multiple care and support services on an ongoing basis, or if your care needs are more complex or intensive, you may be eligible for Support at Home funding.

After being assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team, your name will be placed on a waiting list for Support at Home funding.

Once you reach the top of the waiting list, you will choose a provider to help you set up and coordinate your services. The Australian Government then pays your provider to arrange a package of care services to meet your individual needs.

As everyone’s care needs are different, there are different funding levels available under the Support at Home program. These range from basic support needs through to higher-level care needs.

Within the Support at Home guidelines, you can work with your provider to decide how your funding is best utilised to meet your goals and support your independence at home.

Support at Home funding is a type of aged care funding that can be used to pay for some or all of your ARC therapy services.

You will need to speak with your Support at Home provider if you would like to use ARC as your therapy provider. Together, you will establish a budget that ensures transparency about how your funding is allocated. ARC will then liaise directly with your provider to arrange payment for services in line with your approved budget.

Yes, you can. However, it is important to consider how much funding is available at your approved level and what other supports you may need to allocate funding toward.

You can work closely with your provider to develop a plan and budget that best supports your therapy goals while ensuring your overall care needs are met.
