Carl has been part of the ARC family since 2018, tackling his Parkinson’s head-on and working closely with our Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, and Occupational Therapy teams. He approaches every session with tireless consistency and determination, continually pushing the intensity and quality of his movements. Carl is currently striving toward two major goals: walking a half-marathon distance in the PD Marathon event, and building his strength and power to lift heavier, feel stronger, and move like a true PD warrior!

Beyond his physical achievements, Carl brings a bright energy to the ARC community. He’s always ready to get involved, share a laugh, and—on occasion—try to convince our therapists that he signed an imaginary contract excusing him from core exercises! Carl is truly a joy to work with, and his spirit inspires everyone around him.
