Unfortunately, Jacquie’s symptoms continued to worsen, and she developed an altered walking pattern, a fear of walking on the flat and high levels of fatigue. Since receiving her diagnosis, Jacquie has worked hard to educate herself on FND and has taken on every piece of advice given by her therapist!

Jacquie has used a variety of distraction techniques, such as bouncing or throwing a ball while walking and writing a plan for the week to plan/manage her energy.
