One thing that has been consistent through this time was Krishtine’s ability to balance her independence with her openness to embrace supports and technology to improve her quality of life, independence, enjoyment.

Krishtine has not only been dedicated to her physiotherapy exercises with the help of her support workers. Over time she has also learnt to surround herself with a wide multidisciplinary team and gained a good understanding on how each person can contribute to her health and wellbeing. She is an amazing advocator for herself and has been known to find some very interesting but helpful tools on her own internet searches.
