Supporting NDIS Participants with Home-Based Therapy

Advance Rehab Centre is a leading provider of mobile allied health services across Sydney and in response to the recent NDIS changes to service and travel rates, we’re expanding our mobile services to reduce travel distances and focus our support where it’s needed most – in participants’ homes and local communities.

We currently have immediate capacity to support participants in:

• North Shore
• Hills District
• Inner West
• Eastern Suburbs
• South West Sydney
• Northern Beaches
• Blue Mountains
• Windsor, Hawkesbury Region & Surrounds

Our multidisciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Exercise Physiologists all working together to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

We are skilled in:

• Assessing and managing clients with complex neurological therapy needs
• Providing therapy both in-home and in-clinic to maximise independence and participation
• Building mobility, transfers and capacity for work, leisure and everyday life
• Delivering tailored exercise programs both in-home and within local gyms and pools to build strength, balance and function
• Assessing and prescribing assistive technology
• Collaborating with support teams and to ensure seamless care and optimise outcomes
