Vestibular migraine is a type of migraine that primarily affects balance and can cause dizziness, vertigo, and motion sensitivity - often even without a headache. In this patient-focused webinar, we’ll explain common symptoms and help you recognize patterns that may point to Vestibular Migraine.

You’ll learn how to identify personal triggers such as stress, sleep changes, diet, and hormonal fluctuations, and gain insight into possible underlying causes, including how the brain processes balance and sensory information. We will also explore how the upper cervical spine (neck) can contribute to symptoms and play a role in vestibular migraine for some individuals.

We’ll cover current medical management options, including medications that can reduce symptoms and help prevent attacks. In addition, we’ll introduce the role of Vestibular Physiotherapy—an evidence-based approach using targeted exercises to improve balance, reduce dizziness, and support a safe return to daily activities.

This session is designed to provide practical tools and knowledge to help you better understand and manage Vestibular Migraine, improving your confidence , quality of life and help reduce frequency and intensity on episodes.
