Katie has worked as an AEP in predominantly neurological roles since graduating from University. Her experience includes the Alfred Hospital Brain Injury Unit in Melbourne in both a clinical and research role. Katie gained further experience through the Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Sydney working with clients with cerebral palsy, intellectual disability and autism.
Katie has a passion for working with people with progressive and chronic neurological conditions, working on ways to make exercise as functional to the clients goals interests as possible.
Katie works in both the ARC clinic and the community.
Outside of work Katie likes be outside as much as possible exploring NSW (camping, swimming, bouldering) and loves getting back home to Melbourne when possible.
