We ask for 48 hours’ (2 clear business days) notice in order for you to cancel your session with us. This is so we can offer this session time to another client who requires our services.

If you do not provide 48 hours’ notice (2 clear business days), we deem this as a short notice cancellation.

Advance Rehab Centre reserve the right to charge the full fee of the service under short notice cancellation conditions. Where possible, your allocated therapy time will be used by your therapist to deliver any telehealth (where appropriate) or non-face-to-face clinical services outlined in the participant’s treatment plan.

An Intensive Therapy Program is where there are 6 or more hours a week of planned and scheduled therapy time over a two or more week period. In this instance, a short notice cancellation is when less than 5 clear business days’ notice has been given to cancel the first week or more of the intensive program. Advance Rehab Centre reserve the right to charge the full fee associated with the first two days of scheduled face-to-face therapy services. Where possible, your allocated therapy time will be used by your therapist to deliver any telehealth (where appropriate) or non-face-to-face clinical services outlined in the participant’s treatment plan.
